After we meet and gather the information needed to help you, we create a scope of work report document specific to your product and product goals. It will include with a list of action items that need to be done and any incremental costs associated with each step if known. This Scope of work will be provided within 3 to 5 business days. Depending on where you are in your journey and based on our discovery call discussion. The scope of work report will have actionable steps that address some or most of the following: 1. Market Research and Competitive Analysis 2. Defined product concept and target audience 3. Preliminary recipe objectives 4. Feasibility and stability testing 5. Recipe scale-up 6. Packaging and labeling- regulatory and design 7. Contract manufacturing options or plant trail scope 8.Soft Launch and distribution planning.
