This is a 1:1 session to go over new product development process and the stages you will experience. 1. Define Product Concept and Target Audience. Objective: Clarify the product’s purpose and appeal. Key Actions: Identify the target demographic (e.g., health-conscious consumers, convenience seekers). Create a product brief outlining features, benefits, and differentiators. Align the concept with brand values and long-term business goals. This session is best accompanied by our product development guide which also lists key questions you need to answer in order to determine how ready you are to commercialize your food product/recipe, where in the process you are and Identify high risk gaps you may have that need to be addressed.
